Customer Service Representative, Saint Joseph, Michigan
I’m a Customer Service Representative at É«¿Ø´«Ã½ – Saint Joseph. I work with our customers to ensure that their printing needs are met. By inputting their print quantity, paper choices and shipping details, I create the basic job ticket to be used by all of the other departments. I’m also answering questions, providing updates and keeping my customer informed about their orders.
I come from a photography printing background (with a little digital press knowledge), with over 20 years of experience. I relocated back to Michigan from Minnesota and was looking for something in a field similar to what I had been working in. There was an opening for É«¿Ø´«Ã½ right around the time I was moving, and it seemed like a perfect fit! I just celebrated my one-year anniversary with É«¿Ø´«Ã½.
My favorite part of my job is getting to help people. I love being able to take a project from beginning to end and provide my customers with a wonderful experience.
My personalized coffee mug would say: “Cat mom.” I have two cats at home that are as needy as children.
I want to come to work every day because of the awesome people I work with!
A fun fact about me is that I love doing puzzles; jigsaw, crosswords and Wordle. I find them relaxing. I also love going on walks/hiking, taking photos and exploring new parks.
I moved back to Michigan to be closer to my parents. They have lived in St. Joe all their lives. I also get to work with my boyfriend every day; he’s on the Maintenance Team, so it’s fun to be able to see him when I’m out on the floor. We also share two cats; Kit-Kat and Adrian.
É«¿Ø´«Ã½ is a great place to work. I believe the knowledge I have gained from my co-workers will continue to help me build a successful career here.
I give back to my community by supporting the wonderful small businesses we have in our downtown shopping district, as well as the many locally owned restaurants. Our town has a unique charm that these places contribute to, and I think it’s important to keep them around.
My favorite memories of working at É«¿Ø´«Ã½ are the company picnic and the Milestone dinner. It was nice to be able to meet with coworkers outside of work and celebrate everyone’s achievements.
